Circle Of Sisters Prepares to ROCK!

Circle Of Sisters

One of the most anticipated events of the year is about to happen this weekend October 15th and 16th at Jacob Javits in New York City starting at 10am.  Circle Of Sisters kicks off this weekend and it promises to wow!  I have been attending this event for the past several years. I remember when I first met Maya Angelou there many moons ago. It was one of the most important experiences I have had to date.

This show will continue that; starting with Common doing a talk about his career and his thoughts on the current events of today that affect us all.

Robin Roberts will speak on Sunday, Bishop Hezekiah Walker will lead the Gospel  Explosion, Bobby Brown will do a cooking demo. Richard Roundtree and Rev. Al Sharpton will also be in attendance.  The performance stage will feature Joe performing on Saturday evening.

This is all on top of the wonderful vendors with great products and services.

This event is a top event for women and the companies that support this coveted market. There are seminars and panels that are specific to health, wellness, business, relationships and more!!

Some of the sponsors are State Farm, AT&T, Emblem Health, McDonalds.  To get your tickets go to http://www.wbls.com/circleofsisters

See you there!!

  1. I went on Sunday and had a fabolous day! I enjoyed the break out session with Mathew Knowles on the habits of highly successful people. I also watched Keke Wyatt’s live radio interview with WBLS. She was too funny. Can’t wait for next year!
